DOJOs
Other way of tracking and encouraging good behavior is Dojo points. Children will collect green dojos for showing good and positive behaviour and red dojos for not acting properly. We discuss it with the students on the daily basis and explain to them how to show compassion, vitality, intelligence, sensitivity and courage. Those are part of our Expected Learning Outcomes (ELOs) and they play huge role in our school and help us to develop a Mindful Heart.
